At Galactic Armory, we want you to be fully satisfied with your intergalactic attire. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of wear.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
